At Resinbliss, I’m happy to create one-of-a-kind pieces made just for you. Here's what to expect when ordering a custom design:

Minimum Order Requirement:

• Custom orders start at a $60 minimum (excluding floral drying fee)

Payment Terms:

• For orders under $100, full payment is required upfront.
• For orders $100 and over, a 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete.

Accepted payment methods:

• E-transfer (preferred)
• Cash
• Secure square payment link (credit/ debit)

• If you’re providing a small bouquet or fresh florals, a $15 drying fee may apply. (This covers the time and materials needed to press and preserve your flowers.)
• Note: If you're only sending a few loose petals, no fee will be charged.

Processing Time:

Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days to complete once your deposit (or full payment) is received.

All custom pieces are handcrafted with care using real botanicals or other elements preserved in resin. Each item is truly one-of-a-kind and made just for you, so custom orders are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
