Jewelry Care – Metal & Resin

To help preserve the beauty of your handmade Resinbliss jewelry, we recommend the following care tips:

Resin Care:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove moisture or skin oils.

• Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, soaps, and harsh chemicals.

• Do not submerge or wear while swimming or showering.

• Store in a pouch or jewelry box to protect the resin from scratches.

Metal Care: 

(for gold plated, silver plated, alloy, and stainless steel pieces)

• After wearing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove any moisture or oils.

• For light cleaning: Use a damp cloth with a drop of mild dish soap, gently wipe, rinse and dry immediately.

• Avoid chemical cleaners, and polishing agents that may strip the finish.

• Store in a dry, enclosed space to prevent moisture exposure and preserve shine.

• Polishing: Can use a non-abrasive polishing cloth (for gold or silver)

For sterling silver plated chains:

Tarnish can be gently removed using a silver polishing cloth, or occasionally with a silver-safe cleaner such as Tarn-X. Use sparingly and rinse thoroughly.
